Small businesses, without access to huge resources, have very little chance of dealing with the threat of HIV.  In response to this Beyond the Balance Sheet was developed.

 

Insight Strategies developed and revised the course.  The development and revisions were funded by two German development organisations ded and InWEnt as part of their AWiSA programme. 

 

The course has been used throughout southern Africa over the last nine years. Versions of the programme have been put in place in large and small companies - from six to over 500 employees.
